Step One

Connect your calendar

Click Connect Calendar and choose your provider. Appointly securely links to Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Apple Calendar, or any CalDAV source. We read your existing events to know when you are busy — we never modify or delete anything.

Step Two

Configure your availability

Set your working hours, add buffer time between meetings, create different event types (30-min intro, 60-min consultation, etc.), and block off dates you need protected. Appointly respects every rule you set.
